"FIND A HOME" attaches a great deal of importance to data protection and privacy. The personal data of the prospective customer shall be processed exclusively by FIND A HOME, whose registered office is located at 547 Brusselsesteenweg, 3090 Overijse, Belgium, in accordance with the Belgian personal data protection legislation, and the 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (hereafter referred to as GDPR). FIND A HOME processes the following categories of personal data: identification details, such as: surname, first name, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses, preferred language, property search criteria.
FIND A HOME does not collect your data automatically: We only process personal data that are communicated to us voluntarily by means of an on-line form, by e-mail or by telephone, and mainly when you register to perform a property search or if you are listed in our database as a property owner. Your data shall be deleted upon a simple request.
The personal data are processed for the following purposes: To contact the registered person to offer them properties that are likely to meet their requirements or to ask them about any potential changes to their criteria. These data shall not in any way be assigned, exchanged, communicated or sold. There are no names associated with the connection data.
The personal data are stored throughout the entire period of any agreement signed with FIND A HOME, and ultimately up to the date of expiry of the obligations of statutory storage, for tax and accountancy reasons, and up to the end of the contractual liability. Your data shall be deleted upon a simple request. The service providers whom we use for the storage of your personal data shall also comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
